May storyteller Kit Welch is a top producer in her company as a Baird & Warner Founder’s Club member, and nationwide as part of the Top Agent Network, and recently formed the All-Queer RE Team “KIT + KAMMRATH!” A big believer in giving back, when Kit is not selling real estate, you’ll find her volunteering throughout Chicago for various organizations and causes.

She proudly dedicates time to supporting and strengthening her community through involvement with the LGBT and East Lakeview Chambers of Commerce, the LGBT Real Estate Alliance, Equality Illinois, and HRC, and as Treasurer for her condo Board and the East Lakeview Neighbors Association. She also serves as the Vice President of The Legacy Project Board of Directors – the organization that is nearest and dearest to her heart!
