Visiting Sidetrack

Sidetrack is an LGBTQIA+ establishment in the heart of Chicago Proudest Neighborhood.  When planning your visit, here are a few things to remember:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

“Is Sidetrack 21+?”

We welcome everyone over the age of 21 (with valid ID).

“Are you open today?”

Sidetrack is open 3pm-2am Monday-Friday, 1pm-3am Saturday and 1pm-2am Sunday.

We are open 365 days a year, but there are certain holidays and special occasions for which the bar may open earlier or later than regularly scheduled.  We do our best to list this on the website whenever possible.

“Covid-19 Precautions”

Chicago and Illinois entered Phase 5 effective, Friday, June 11, which means Sidetrack can “resume normal operations.”

As of Friday, June 11, 2021, we have ceased requiring that you show proof of being Fully Vaccinated upon entry.

The City of Chicago advises if you are not Fully Vaccinated that you should continue to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines.

Thank you for your continued support during this past year with the ever-changing rules and limitations that we were operating under. It’s GREAT to be BACK! Sidetrack is open Monday-Friday 3pm-2am, Saturday 1pm-3am, and Sunday 1pm-2am.
