Willa Taylor
September storyteller Willa Taylor started telling stories at the age of 8, when she explained to her mother how the basketball had snuck into the living room and broken the lamp. Her storytelling has improved since then. She teaches others the power of their own narratives in GeNarrations, a program she founded while working at Goodman Theatre, and as an adjunct professor at DePaul University. Hear Willa’s story Tuesday, September 2, at OUTspoken LGBTQ+ Storytelling at Sidetrack. Seating from 6pm, stories 7-9pm.
