March storyteller Joseph Anthony Rulli “Joe” is a native Hoosier who has taken Chicago as his second city since 2006. He is an author with one satirical novel, and a playwright with three staged productions, and a fourth play coming out at the end of April. He has fallen ass-backwards into nonfiction with three short histories on Chicago labor, socialism, and protest. Oh, and he was a Catholic priest, about which he will speak!
