April storyteller Ben Saylor started his story telling journey with Tellin Tales when he was in 6th grade in 2006. Ben has worn many hats during his tenure at Tellin Tales. He started out as a mentee in the Six Stories Up program, then he was a student assistant director, a mentor, and then an assistant director. He has also performed in many of Tellin Tales’ solo shows, such as Divercity, Hands Up, and their Ensemble Showcase. When Ben is not performing with Tellin Tales, you can find him performing at Eli Tea Bar’s Open Mic Nights, where he occasionally hosts the event.
